Infant Massage is an age old tradition that has been passed down for centuries that promotes bonding between parents (caregivers) and the baby. It's many benefits include promoting social-emotional-cognitive and physical development, achieving better sleep, reduces pain and stress, boosts the immune system, promotes relaxation, aids digestion and helps colic.
Classes consist of a one-hour session designed to teach parents/caregivers massage strokes for the arms, legs, back, stomach and face. Learn simple infant massage techniques that will strengthen your bond and relationship with your baby. Practice strokes on your baby while strokes are demonstrated by the instructor.
