Our Founder - Liz

I am a nurturer at heart and I have been working on helping others in wellness for over 20 years. I thoroughly enjoy leading fitness classes, water aerobics, providing various massage modalities, teaching yoga and I have been known to offer holistic counseling where I can. I guess you could say it's my passion in life and I absolutely love doing it.

Everyone is on their own journey and I try my best to connect with people, develop lasting relationships and to become familiar with their individual needs. I've been told, I'm very good at zeroing in on identifying your key issues and am able to work towards providing immediate and ongoing relief.
